‘My motherland’ exhibition opens in Dundgobi aimag

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ A photo exhibition ‘My motherland’ by a photographer Kh.Sergelenbat was opened on February 20 in Dundgobi aimag.

The exhibition displays over 40 photos of endangered species of the world and Mongolia, beautiful nature, sacred mountains and colors of four seasons in Mongolia. For instance, it displays photos of 15 endangered mammals inscribed on the Mongolian Red List of Mammals.

During the opening, photographer Kh.Sergelenbat said that he has spent seven years to organize the exhibition and plans to open this exhibition in 21 aimags of the country.

Present at the opening were O.Bat-Erdene, governor of Dundgobi aimag, J.Munkhchuluun, deputy governor,Ts.Bumangerel, chief of the aimag's Department of Education, Culture and Arts, M.Byambajav, director of aimag’s museum and local citizens.
