Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Mongolian People’s Revolutionary Party has re-elected former President N.Enkhbayar as its Chairman.
The Party held its Congress on February 9-10, gathering 1044 delegates representing its members in the capital city and 21 aimags.
The third President of Mongolia was elected for a second term with full support of the delegates on the first day of the Congress. According to the Party guideline, an individual can hold chairmanship for three terms in total. Prior to the election, the delegates revised the Party guideline and adopted the action plan.
On the second day, a draft Constitution, framed by the Party authorities, was presented to the delegates to reflect their points of view.
