Darkhan Nekhii JSC targets to export 100 thousand genuine leathers to Europe

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ 'Darkhan Nekhii’ JSC, a Tier 1 listed company, presented its semi-annual financial and operational report to the public on August 16 at Mongolian Stock Exchange.
In the first half of 2018, sales of ‘Darkhan Nekhii’ JSC decreased by 16.5 percent, reaching MNT5.3 billion, however, the company management mentioned that they aim to increase sales revenue by 44 percent by the end of this year compared to the previous year. The company has expanded its manufacturing capacity, installed a new product line, opened a wool washing plant as well as planned to export 100 thousand eco leathers to Europe.
Also, the company achieved some results in the field of running an eco-friendly operation by reducing plant wastes and recycling chemicals in its processing plants. It reported that the company will reuse 80-90 percent of the water and commence reusing its other materials.
