Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Government established a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) with purposes to create favorable legal environment for business, to develop public-private partnership as well as to improve coordination.
The MoU was signed by Head of the Cabinet Secretariat G.Zandanshatar and the MNCCI President B.Lkhagvajav.
Head of the Cabinet Secretariat G.Zandanshatar said that the sides established MoU to unite power for developing economy and improving citizens’ livelihood. The Government will encourage employers and wealth creators and will have their recommendations to adopt laws, resolutions and policies related to business climate.
"We will convey our businesses’ proposals and opinions to the Government. In future, the sides will cooperate for a long period in fulfilling priority objectives of macro economy," President B.Lkhagvajav noted.
The Government is striving to protect businessmen and investors’ interest and to build legal favorable environment. Within the framework of it, the Investors’ Protection Council was set up and launched work of the Public-Private Sector Consultative Committee at the Council. The MNCCI leads the committee from the businesses’ side.
