Acting State Secretary receives Ambassadors of Thailand and Indonesia
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Acting State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs N.Ankhbayar received Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to Mongolia Piriya Khempon and Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia Djauhari Oratmangun respectively on September 17 in connection with presenting their letters of credence.
Expressing Mongolia’s
aspiration to strengthening political relations with Thailand and Indonesia
that are influential in Southeast Asia and ASEAN, and activating
cooperation in the fields of trade, economy, culture and humanitarian within
the country’s policy on broadening cooperation and ties with Asia Pacific
regional countries, the Acting State Secretary emphasized an importance of
support of the two countries to Mongolia for fulfilling its goal to
join regional integration.
He asked the Ambassadors to focus attention on enriching bilateral cooperation with economic content and augmenting
investment and bilateral trade turnover.
