Foreign Minister meets Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Southeast Asia

Mongolia D.Tsogtbaatar met with Patrick Murphy, Deputy Assistant Secretary for
Southeast Asia at the United States Department of State on September 21,
discussing bilateral relations and cooperation as well as international and
regional issues of common interest.
The sides expressed content with the successful visit of
Prime Minister of Mongolia U.Khurelsukh to the United States of America.
Mr. Patrick Murphy conveyed gratitude to Mongolia for contributing towards denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, applauding Mongolian armed forces for successfully performing their mission in Afghanistan. Moreover, he appreciated the decision of the Government of Mongolia to help people affected by Hurricane Florence.
Foreign Minister D.Tsogtbaatar asserted Mongolia’s determination for global peace and sustainability.
