Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The ceremony for granting the titles of honorary professor, professor and adjunct professor to senior professors and musicians took place at the hall of the Mongolian State Conservatory yesterday.

The ceremony was attended by the Minister of Education, Sport, Science and Culture, Ts.Tsogzolmaa. She presented four grand pianos, fulfilling her promise she made during the 80th anniversary of the Mongolian State Conservatory to provide them with grand pianos with the state budget. MNT 80 million was spent to buy the pianos.

The Minister pledged to continue on supporting the conservatory as well as providing them with another grand piano next year with the state budget.

In her speech, she said, “From the examples of other countries, you can see that the countries that support their talented people are able to develop even more. The globe has refused to care about just the economy and has shifted its attention to a bigger concept that is more focused on individuals, morals and personal development. The place that can create these is the state conservatory. The people that can help make our citizens more of a ‘human’ through morals and nurturement are you, musicians and all those who are working in the arts and culture sector.”
