Buryat National Theatre of Song and Dance to stage concerts after 20 years

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Within the “Mongolian and Russian Friendship and Cooperation Days”, Buryat National Theatre of Song and Dance “The Baikal” is to perform in Mongolia after 20 years on October 22-24.


The tour will kick off with Gala concert at the Central Cultural Palace today, on October 22. The concert is being staged on the occasion of the 30thanniversary of the Central Cultural Palace of Mongolia.


Dancers of Theatre Baikal will feast the eyes of audience with traditional and fierce dance performances, victorious movement of hunters, unique dances with graceful movements and rhythm of Yohor.


In the frames of the tour, three concerts will be staged ‘Gala Concert’ on October 22, ‘Bargujin- Tuhum’ on October 23 at the Central Cultural Palace.


On the last day of the tour, a concert of the winners of Russian adaption of ‘So You Think You Can Dance?’ will take place at Crocus Event Hall.


The Theatre Baikal has been representing Russia on a global stage for several decades and contributing to establishing and developing friendly relations with other countries.
