Skin diseases to be diagnosed and treated through smartphone

Arkhangai /MONTSAME/. The opening of the project, ‘Smartphones - Diagnosis and Treatment of Skin Diseases’, took place at the Department of Health of Arkhangai aimag. Project implementer, professor at Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences (MNUMS) B.Khandsuren said, “With the implementation of the project, citizens living in rural areas will be able to get diagnosed and treated at their soum hospital without going to the aimag center or the capital city for the specialist.”


The project, which has been successfully implemented in 135 soums of 8 aimags, is to be implemented in Arkhangai and 5 other aimags by the Dermatology department of the MNUMS and Rotaract Club of Khuree.
