Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Wrestlers of Khangai Union of Mongolian Ssireum Wrestlers successfully participated in Korea Open Ssireum Festival took place on November 19- 26 in the Republic of Korea.

 

Hawk of State O.Khangai overwon professional wrestlers of South Korea and received ‘Grand Champion of World Ssireum’ title given by the Korean Ssireum Federation.  O.Khangai has become the first champion from Mongolia in ssireum wrestling, Korean national  sport.

 

Wrestlers from the ROK, Mongolia, China, Spain, New Zealand and Russia attended the festival. More than 60 wrestlers out of over 460 were foreign wrestlers.
