Public Utilities Sector Renews Fleet with 167 Vehicles

Ulaanbaatar, December 31, 2025 /MONTSAME/. This year, Ulaanbaatar city has carried out phased fleet renewal in the public utilities sector to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable urban environment for residents.
According to the Governor’s Office of the Capital city of Ulaanbaatar, 167 vehicles and machines have been received out of a total of 307 units planned under the city’s 2025 investment program. The new equipment has been distributed to nine districts, the General Authority for Land Administration, Geodesy and Cartography, the City Landscape Department, the Water Supply and Sewerage Authority, and other relevant organizations for use in municipal services. Of the total, 124 units were allocated to districts and 43 units to affiliated agencies.
The vehicles were supplied under five-year,
interest-free leases with no down payment, allowing service providers to renew
their fleets without financial strain and maintain regular replacement through monthly
operating payments.
