MNT 516 Billion to Be Spent on Pension Increases in 2026

Ulaanbaatar, January 1, 2026 /MONTSAME/. A total of MNT 516 billion will be allocated for pension increases in 2026.
At its regular session on December 31, 2025, the Government of Mongolia approved a draft resolution to raise pension levels and revise minimum pension thresholds effective in 2026.
Under the decision, the minimum full pension and
military pension paid from the Social Insurance Fund will be set at MNT 769,000,
while the minimum proportional pension will be MNT 652,400.
