Ambassador of Mongolia Meets Honorary Consul in Edinburgh

Ulaanbaatar, January 6, 2026 /MONTSAME/. Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Enkhsukh Battumur worked in Edinburgh, Scotland, from January 1 to 3, 2026, during which he met with Mongolia’s Honorary Consul Archie Miller.
At the meeting,
Ambassador Enkhsukh exchanged views on promoting Mongolia in 2026 and on collaboration
in the fields of education and culture. The ambassador also met with
representatives of Mongolian citizens living and working in Scotland, introducing
the activities of the embassy. During the event, consular services were provided,
and participants’ proposals and concerns were heard.
Khamba Lama Javzandorj Dulamragchaa of the Gandantegchenlin Monastery, the center of Buddhism in Mongolia, attended the event and delivered a prayer.
