Kyrgyz Ambassador Awarded ‘Friendship’ Medal

Ulaanbaatar, January 24, 2026 /MONTSAME/. By decree of the President of Mongolia, Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Mongolia, Aibek Artykbaev, was awarded the “Friendship” Medal in recognition of his contribution to the development of relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Kyrgyzstan, particularly in strengthening friendship and people-to-people ties between the two countries.
The medal was conferred on January 23, 2026, by the Foreign
Policy Advisor to the President, Odbayar Erdenetsogt.
Ambassador Aibek Artykbaev expressed his gratitude to the Mongolian
state, government, and people for their comprehensive support during his term
of office. He also reaffirmed his commitment to doing everything within his
capacity to further expand and develop relations and cooperation between the
two countries.
