Ulaanbaatar, February 3, 2026 /MONTSAME/. On February 2, Prime Minister Zandanshatar Gombojav visited “Amar baina uu-2026” trade fair, taking place at Soyolj and Ikh Nayad Trade Centers on the occasion of the upcoming Tsagaan Sar Holiday.

In the trade fair being organized for the fourth year, more than 1000 individuals and businesses engaged in national production from 21 aimags and the capital’s nine districts are present their over 55 thousand types of products. City officials explained the PM that national manufacturers are selling their products at factory prices because they are not required to pay venue rental fees during the one-month period of the trade fair.

In addition, in line with the Prime Minister’s directive to stabilize meat price, expanded fresh meat sales are being organized across the capital’s districts. Due to prices being set at MNT15,000 per kilogram for beef and MNT13,000 for mutton, demand has been high.

Purchasing and using domestically produced good is a simple yet most effective way to support the national economy and ensure sustainable growth. Therefore, Prime Minister Zandanshatar urged every citizen to support national manufacturers, choose Mongolian brands, and actively contribute to the development of the country.
