Japanese Tutors to Train Junior Judokas, Coaches

Ulaanbaatar, February 4, 2026 /MONTSAME/. The project “Judo for Tomorrow,” co-implemented by the Mongolian Judo Association and the All-Japan Judo Federation, is underway.

 

Within the framework of the project implementation, four Japanese athletes, namely Kishida, Matsu-Ura, Takahashi, and Ishikawa, visited Mongolia to conduct a three-day training session for tutors and coaches working with children starting from February 1, 2026. The course on teaching methods for working with young children took place at the Mongolian National Judo Team’s training center for three consecutive days and ended on February 3, 2026.

 

The tutors will visit judo clubs in Ulaanbaatar starting from February 4, 2026, to work with junior athletes and lead their training for one week.
