Tulga Wins 65kg Title at Super 4 Wrestling in Bishkek

Ulaanbaatar, February 16, 2026 /MONTSAME/. Mongolian State Honored Athlete Tulga Tumur-Ochir claimed the 65kg title at the Super 4 Wrestling, held in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
The
invitational event featured four top-ranked wrestlers in each of five Olympic
weight categories — 57kg, 65kg, 74kg, 86kg, and 97kg — in both freestyle and
Greco-Roman disciplines. Tulga defeated all of his opponents to secure the
championship belt.
Competing
in the 65kg division were world champion and silver medalist, two-time European
champion and World Cup winner Abasgadzhi Magomedov of Russia; U23 World
Championships silver medalist Ruslan Abdulaev of Azerbaijan; and Bilol Sharip uulu of Kyrgyzstan, champion of the Yashar Dogu International Tournament,
two-time U23 World bronze medalist and two-time U23 Asian champion.
The tournament is known for bringing together internationally recognized elite wrestlers and testing their ranking, technical skill and mental preparation at the highest competitive level.
