Mongolia Expresses Aspiration to Elevate Relations with Kuwait

Ulaanbaatar, February 26, 2026 /MONTSAME/. On the occasion of the 65th anniversary of the National Day of the State of Kuwait and the 35th anniversary of its Liberation Day, President of Mongolia Ukhnaa Khurelsukh sent a congratulatory message to His Highness Emir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah of the State of Kuwait. Minister of Foreign Affairs Battsetseg Batmunkh also conveyed a congratulatory message to Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
In the messages, congratulations were extended on the National Day of the State of Kuwait, and the Mongolian side reaffirmed its commitment to expanding and developing bilateral relations and cooperation across all possible sectors. The messages also underscored Mongolia’s aspiration to work closely together to elevate the level of cooperation to an “Expanded Partnership,” according to the Embassy of Mongolia in the State of Kuwait.
