Theory-practice conference runs on traumatology
SocietyUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ This scientific conference took place Thursday in Ulaanbaatar for the 17th time, on occasion of the 55th anniversary of foundation of the traumatology sector in Mongolia.
The gathered--medical doctors, traumatology experts from the city and localities' hospitals, researchers and their colleagues from Russia and South Korea--discussed achievements of the Mongolian tramatology, new treatment and services.
The State Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Sport N.Bat-Erdene made the opening remarks at the conference, saying that every doctor and expert of traumatology must be highly disciplined, responsible, ethical, and give people bribery- and bureaucracy-free services.
As of present, the National Center of Traumatology and Rehabilitation is working with some 500 medical doctors and other staffers. Some 14 thousand people receive medical services and 8 thous. people undergo surgeries there.
