Ulaanbaatar, September 18, 2024 /MONTSAME/. Under the auspices of the President of Mongolia, the 36th National Book Festival was successfully organized at Sukhbaatar Square on September 13-15, 2024, and became the central gathering point for book lovers.

The "ESAN" National Digital Library of Mongolia named after the President of Mongolia participated in this year’s National Book Festival under the theme “Let’s Support Equal Access to Education”, presenting its products and services to customers.

The “ESAN” has been operating with the goals of supporting equal access to education using technological innovation and providing everyone with accessible and reliable sources of knowledge and information. The digital library service offers the advantage of easy access to all types of knowledge and information on www.esan.mn with their preferred devices such as smartphones, tablets, and computers.

The “ESAN” platform gained widespread appreciation for allowing its users to read, cite, and use a wide range of materials, including academic textbooks, State Prize-winning works, books, newspapers, magazines, research, and academic papers, with official copyright permission. Thus, the e-library is expanding its readership day by day.

Notably, all textbooks for grades 1-12 are available in the e-library free of charge. Additionally, authors and writers are enabled to digitize and store their dissertations and other works in accordance with standards through the Content Center under the "ESAN" and publish them in the National Digital Library.
