Construction trade fair and exhibition held in Ulaanbaatar

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On September 6-8, “Construction and apartments 2019” international trade fair and exhibition was organized at the Misheel Expo Center in Ulaanbaatar under the motto “Let’s build green growth together”. The event brought together construction companies who presented their construction projects and new products and technologies.
The event was officially opened by Deputy Minister of Construction and Urban Development B.Munkhbaatar, who congratulated on the occasion of the 93rd anniversary of the establishment of the construction industry in Mongolia. He gave a detailed information about government measures and projects for the development of the building industry in Mongolia, which include a nationwide program to build apartments for 150 thousand families for the period of 2019-2023.
Government policies, green construction trends, advancements and accomplishment made in the building industry of Mongolia, construction projects in Ulaanbaatar city and studies on housing market in the capital city were displayed at the exhibition, which was attended by more than 110 best construction, property and construction technology companies, business entities as well as construction product distributors and retailers. The exhibition allowed visitors to make their choice from more than 100 new apartment projects and obtain mortgage loans with low interest rates.
