Embassy of Israel in China, Israel’s MASHAV donate PPE of USD 20,000 to Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. On May 20, 2021 a formal handover ceremony of personal protective equipment and face masks worth USD 20,000 was organized at the Embassy of Mongolia in China in the presence of Ambassador of Mongolia to China Mr. T.Badral and Ambassador of Israel to Mongolia Ms. Irit Ben-Abba.
The donation was provided by the Embassy of the State of Israel and Israel’s Agency for International Development Cooperation (MASHAV) to Mongolia to combat COVID-19 pandemic.
This year Mongolia and Israel are celebrating the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations and the humanitarian assistance from Israel is an expression of the friendly relations between the two countries, reports the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia.
The protective equipment will be delivered to the State Emergency Commission of Mongolia.
