Mongolia’s market capitalization reaches MNT 6 trillion as APU share price grows

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. The stocks of APU JSC are leading the market capitalization of companies listed in the Mongolian Stock Exchange. On January 5, the market rates of the company’s shares increased by 1.4 percent, with its share price reaching MNT 1,901. As a result, the company has reached market capitalization worth MNT 2 trillion for the very first time.
While the company’s shares were valued over MNT 1 trillion in July 2021, the share price further grew by 50 percent in September. In other words, the company’s market capitalization has increased by MNT 1 trillion in just half a year. Established in 1924, APU JSC is one of the leading beverage producers in Mongolia.
Furthermore, the TOP-20 index of the Mongolian Stock Exchange has increased to 44,124.39. With this, the market capitalization of Mongolian Stock Exchange has reached MNT 6 trillion for the second time this week.
