Foreign Minister Battsetseg Receives State Secretary of Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of Slovenia

Ulaanbaatar, June 3, 2024 /MONTSAME/. Foreign Minister of Mongolia Battsetseg Batmunkh received State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia Sanja Stiglic on May 31, 2024.
Foreign Minister Battsetseg highlighted the active relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Slovenia in recent years, emphasizing the importance of the political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs in further broadening bilateral relations.
At the meeting, the two sides discussed the relations and cooperation between the two countries and the upcoming World Women’s Forum to be held in Ulaanbaatar in August. They highlighted the significance of Slovenia’s participation in this event.
Mongolia imports approximately EUR 20 million worth of pharmaceutical products annually from Slovenia’s “KRKA” company, accounting for about 20 percent of Mongolia’s total medicament consumption.
