Meeting held with EU Ambassador to Mongolia

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Minister of Economy and Development Ch.Khurelbaatar held a meeting with the delegation headed by Ambassador of the
European Union to Mongolia Ms. Axelle Nicaise on September 12.
During the meeting, a discussion was held on the key
economic indicators of Mongolia, the macroeconomic policy being implemented by
the Government, as well as the projects and programs to be implemented within
the scope of the Multi-annual Indicative Program 2021-2027 and the ‘Food supply
and safety’ initiative of the President of Mongolia.
The two sides expressed their commitments to continue
expanding the cooperation within the framework of the Geographical Indication,
to promote the General System of Preferences /GSP+/ arranged by the European
Union for Mongolia, and to support food production and export.
