Industrialization 21:100 program adopted

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Cabinet on Wednesday adopted a program named ‘Industrialization 21:100’ along with the locations and types of factories to be established within the program.

The program will be financed by the Investment Program of Mongolia and foreign loans and aids.

The program aims to increase trade volume, boost economic growth and employment through introduction of innovative technology in provinces corresponding with their specific characteristics and potentials. The ‘Industrialization 21:100’ program will be realized in all sectors except from the extractives sector.

The first phase of the program will cover 2018-2019, and the second 2019-2020.
