Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The second volume of the book named ‘Deer stones Culture of Mongolia and Neighboring Regions’ has been released.
The book is the first full catalog of deer stones which is the symbol character of ancient Mongolian civilization and a representative form of monumental art.
The first and second volumes consist of a total of 1241 deer stones in Mongolia, their short descriptions, sketch and color photos, and their background views.
Moreover, location of deer stones in each aimag and list of heritages have been added in the book.
