Second complex for children with special needs to be built

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ With the aims of selecting an appropriate location for the establishment of the second complex for educational service and rehabilitation treatment services for children with cerebral palsy and musculoskeletal disorders, Minister of Education and Science L.Tsedevsuren, Minister of Construction and Urban Planning B.Munkhbaatar, Minister of Justice and Internal Affairs Kh.Nyambaatar and Member of Parliament B.Jargalmaa worked in Songinokhairkhan district.
The Ministry of Education and Science pursues a policy to involve children with special needs in ordinary kindergartens and general education schools. However, these children are enrolled and studied at special purpose kindergartens and schools depending on their special needs. And the complex will provide educational service, rehabilitation treatment, social development and protection services to children with cerebral palsy and other children with disabilities who need permanent care.
The complex will be built in the 5th khoroo of Songinokhairkhan district, nonetheless, it will involve children with special needs from western aimags, according to the Ministry of Education and Science. With commissioning of the complex, work loading of school No. 70 in Bayangol district and school No.63 in Khan-Uul district will be reduced.
