Makh Impex introduces latest meat packaging technology
EconomyUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Makh Impex, a leading company in Mongolia’s meat industry, has introduced in its practice the latest packaging technology from Multivac and Textor companies of Germany. The vacuum packaging technology, which lengthens the endurance of product by up to 40-60 days, is penetrating Mongolia for the first time.
Makh Impex staff informed the media that the company is aiming to adopt ISO 22000 quality management system in its operations. Application of this system will enable increasing the number of countries that supply meat from Mongolia.
