‘Translator of grass’ exhibition by S.Sarantsatsralt to open

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The ‘Translator of grass’ exhibition by the State Prize Laureate S.Sarantsatsralt to open at the MN17 Art Gallery on June 21.
S.Sarantsatsralt is the first Mongolian female artist who held her solo exhibition. She has been active over past 36 years and has exhibited her works in about 40 countries. Her last exhibition ‘Grass’ was held in 2014.
“I love being a creator, lover, realizer, conscious and meditating. When the harmony and sense of existence fills me, I start to create for the people, grass, birds and dogs,” the artist says.
The theme of her upcoming exhibition has dramatically changed from the last exhibition. Describing her art transition she said “I used to focus on people’s appearances when I was young. Now, I’m thinking of painting only the inner personality.”
