Junior basketball players become gold medalists
ВидеоMongolian junior basketball teams taking part in the International Eastern Cup-2018 in Berlin, Germany, won two gold medals and a silver and a bronze medals.
Teams from more than 20 countries are participating in the competition and Mongolian boys’ team coached by D.Otgonbaatar, claimed gold medal defeating a German team at 42:31 scores in U13 age category while boys’ U15 team coached by G.Undrakh became gold medalist after winning a team from Netherlands at 32:21 scores.
Boys’ U14 team coached by B.Ulziibat lost to a team of the United States by 24:30 points and claimed silver medal whereas girls’ U14 team defeated a German team by 45:19 points for bronze medal.
Mongolian basketball players have partaking in the competition since 2017 and a total of 7 teams represented the country this year.
