Research to be done on building a cheesemaking factory

Umnugobi /MONTSAME/. The Ambassador of Australia to Mongolia and representatives of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (UNFAO) in Ulaanbaatar visited Khanbogd sum of Umnugobi aimag.
During their visit to the soum, they exchanged views on supporting the agricultural sector and herders to have regular flow of income. The sides discussed doing research on building a cheese making factory and establishing a herders’ market.
The representatives also got acquainted with the current progress of turning the soum’s health center into a model hospital in Mongolia. In the frameworks of the project, a team of doctors came from the State Central First Hospital, doing a total of nine surgeries this month.
