Online health insurance system to be fully introduced in Darkhan and Orkhon

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On June 9-10, a working group of the Ministry of Health worked in Darkhan-Uul and Orkhon aimags, getting acquainted with activities of family health centers and parmacies, giving advice on use and implementation of online program and exchanging views on improving online prescriptions and pressing issues.
Online health insurance system has been introduced starting from April 1, 2017. As a result of making health insurance organization independent insured person's access to medicines at preferential price is being improved while facilitating workload of the sector’s workers.

Furthermore, the Ministry is working to connect private hospitals to online system in the second quarter, state hospitals in the third quarter and recreation centers in the fourth quarter.
