IHC Esports Crowned Champion of PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2023

Ulaanbaatar, December 13, 2023 /MONTSAME/. With a record-breaking prize pool of USD 3 million, the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2023 concluded in an exhilarating Grand Finals at the Ülker Sports and Event Hall in Istanbul, Türkiye, on December 10, 2023.


The "IHC Esports" from Mongolia was crowned home Champion of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship, securing a cash prize of USD 400 thousand. This star-studded squad displayed top-notch performances in the three-day Grand Finals and became the undisputed winners of the fourth edition of this prestigious Championship.  


During the Grand Finals, the world's top 16 teams, including four representing Mongolia — IHC Esports, Stalwart Esports, "NB Esports" and 4Merical Vibes — engaged in fierce battles. 



After 18 matches of the Grand Finals over three days, Mongolian pride “IHC Esports” topped the podium, earning 142 points, adorned with 110 eliminations and one Chicken Dinner. "Stalwart Esports" fell short of first place by four points and went home with the runners-up title, while "4Merical Vibes" displayed phenomenal skills in their first PMGC tournament. The crew came fourth with 127 points, which included 84 eliminations. 


Also, IHC player Zolboot "Zyol" Bayartsengel bagged the MVP and Gunslinger trophies after presenting mind-blowing performances in the Finale. He picked up 37 kills and dealt 7,616 damage. 


Unfortunately, "NB Esports" ranked 31st after being eliminated at the Survival Stage before Last Chance held on November 22-24, 2023. 


In total, the Champion of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship, "IHC Esports," took home USD 453 thousand. The 2nd place team, "Stalwart Esports," received USD 263 thousand. The fourth runner-up, "4Merical Vibes," grabbed USD 144 thousand and "NB Esports" received USD 28 thousand.
