Nat’l Olympic committees of Mongolia and Japan to cooperate
SportsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The National Olympic committees of Mongolia and Japan will cooperate in organizing joint training for athletes and exchanging delegates until the Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympics.
A cooperation contract on it was signed on Wednesday by Mr D.Zagdsuren, the president of the Mongolian National Olympic Committee (MonNOC); and his counterpart of Japan Mr Tsunekazu Takeda in Tokyo, Japan.
During the ceremony, a State Honored Sportsman of Mongolia and Sumo grand champion yokozuna-titled “Hakuho” M.Davaajargal delivered a speech.
Present at the signing ceremony were Mr J.Otgontsagaan, the MonNOC secretary-general; N.Zulbaatar, a member of the MonNOC and the secretary-general of the Badminton Federation of Mongolia; and G.Bat-Erdene, a representative of the MonNOC.
