Industrial production increases steadily
EconomyUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Extraction of products such as molybdenum with concentrate, coal, crude oil, copper with concentrate and gold increased by 6.8-65.4 percent in February, while the manufacturing sector productions including milk, alcohol drinks, sausages, pure water, cathode copper, metal sleeper, spirit, cosmetics, books, railway sleeper, printing of plastic cards increased by 4.5 percent to 3.4 times, compared to the same period of the previous year.
However, production of zinc concentrate, fluorspar concentrate, crashed stone and iron ore decreased by 24.1-84.3 percent, production of major commodities such as combed wool, beer, bread, soft drinks, bakery products, buuz and dumpling, juice, fodder, sawn wood, vacuum windows and doors, cement, metal steel decreased by 4.1- 99.6 percent.
