Boxer grabs Bronze in men’s 60 kg
PoliticsUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Mongolian boxer D.Otgondalai won August 14 the Bronze in the Men’s Boxing 60 kg of the 31st Summer Olympics, taking place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
After having a bye in the first round of 32, he fought with Enrico La Cruz of the Netherlands and claimed a win. In the round of eight, he secured the Bronze medal by winning the fight with Algerian boxer Reda Benbaziz.
D.Otgondalai was defeated by 3:0 by the French boxer Sofiane Oumiha in the semi-final, having the color of his medal unchanged.
