Program for homeless launched in Khan-Uul district

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Authorities of Khan-Uul district of Ulaanbaatar have launched a program called “A road back home” toward helping homeless people. A day-event has been organized in frames of the program, to which 96 people came.
They have been documented in the state registration, and tested for tuberculosis, intestinal and neurological illnesses and sexually transmitted diseases. The district’s authorities have been cooperating with related agencies to take three people back to their families and grant 11 people identification documents.
