Human Rights Commission and Executive Agency of Court Decision to continue their cooperation

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Chairperson of the National Commission of Human Rights (NCHR) J.Byambadorj and Head of the General Executive Agency of Court Decision (GEACD) Ts.Amgalanbayar signed a memorandum of cooperation on December 11.
The memorandum of cooperation has objectives to ensure human rights and prevent from human rights’ violations in court's decision execution processes of keeping in jail, arresting or detaining, pursuant to the Constitution of Mongolia, international human rights’ treaties, conventions and other legislations.
Moreover, it aims to apply human rights based approach when implementing court decisions as well as to strenthen cooperation between the NCHR and the GEACD. The NCHR and the GEACD established memorandum of cooperation in 2010 and 2014.
