'Mongolia-India Business Cooperation' Forum takes place

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/In frames of the 65th diplomatic anniversary between Mongolia and the Republic of India, ‘Mongolia-India Business Cooperation’ forum has taken place today at the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI).


In his opening remarks, President of the MNCCI O.Amartuvshin highlighted that over 30 Mongolian largest entities presented their business activities and businesses and investors established memorandum of cooperation at Mongolia-India Business Forum, which was held in New Delhi during the President’s state visit to India. There is room for developing cooperation in the areas of trade, economy, investment, agricultural products, mining, petroleum, information technology, pharmacy and tourism. It is vital to create favorable investment environment.


Opening the event, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Mongolia M.P.Singh said “The event, which is being organized within the 65th diplomatic anniversary, has significant importance of expanding bilateral trade and economic fields and increasing trade turnover. I hope that broad opportunities will be opened in bilateral economic field by developing cooperation in pharmacy, mining and tourism.”


Delegates from India’s top companies such as PWC auditing company, IT company and health care company are attending as speakers and samples of Indian products including medicinal products, tea, coffee, spicery, handicrafts, accessories are being presented at the event.
