5.4 magnitude earthquake occurs in Khuvsgul aimag

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/. At 4:37 AM of August 23, a 5.4 magnitude earthquake was reported in Alag-Erdene soum of Khuvsgul aimag.
As of 6:00 PM of July 22, in Khankh soum 82,638 earthquakes have been reported, of which 222 were 3.5 magnitude or stronger, reports the National Emergency Management Agency.
