A visa-free travel agreement with Peru enters into force

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. 'Agreement between Mongolia and the
Republic of Peru on Tourist Visas Exemption for Holders of Ordinary Passports' has entered into force on 1 October 2021.
Upon entry into force of the Agreement, citizens of the two countries, who hold valid ordinary passports, may enter into, stay in, exit from and transit through the territory of the other Party without visas, for purpose of tourism for a period not exceed ninety (90) days within one hundred and eighty (180) days from their first entry.
Accordingly, citizens of Mongolia, who hold ordinary passports can travel to 25 countries, including 7 Latin American countries, without a visa.
