Resolution to protect Mongolians’ gene pool approved

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/. Today’s plenary meeting of the Parliament
approved a resolution on Measures to be taken to protect Mongolians’
gene pool and support population growth.
The resolution instructs the government to take actions that
aim to protect Mongolians’ gene pool and reproduction, promote
demographic and family development, and strengthen the intellectual capacity,
productivity, competitiveness, population growth and national immunity of
Mongolians. The relevant Standing Committee of the parliament is also given a
duty to monitor the implementation of the resolution.
