President Khurelsukh Uknaa’s State Visit to India Showcases Mongolian Artistic Heritage

Ulaanbaatar, October 17, 2025 /MONTSAME/. The State Visit of the President of Mongolia, Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, to the Republic of India featured a captivating showcase of Mongolian culture.
As part of the visit, artist from the Mongolian Grand Theater of National Art staged their debut performance of “The Beautiful Country of Mongolia” at the Bharat Mandapam complex in New Delhi.
The program highlighted iconic works of Mongolian artistry alongside celebrated pieces from India, presented to an audience of over 3,000 attendees, including dignitaries, cultural figures, and guests from the wider community.
The performance was attended by the President of Mongolia, Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, the leader of India’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), and Jagat Prakash Nadda, Minister of Health, Family Welfare, and Minister of Chemicals and Fertilizers.
Complementing the performance, a photo exhibition and a display of the traditional Mongolian horse-head fiddle (morin khuur) themed “The Beautiful Country of Mongolia” were also held.
