Events in Ulaanbaatar:

December 8: Political party groups in the State Great Khural will convene.

December 8: The opening of the “Uv, Ulgii 3000” special exhibition will take place at the Fine Arts Zanabazar Museum.

 December 8-12: The open hearing on Oyutolgoi, which will examine the evidence reviewed by the Temporary Oversight Committee of the State Great Khural, will be held in the Great Chinggis Khaan Hall of the State Palace.

December 9: International Anti-Corruption Day will be observed.

December 9-10: The Standing Committees of the State Great Khural will convene.

December 10: Human Rights Day will be observed.

December 10: A Cabinet meeting will be held.

December 10: The Burte Chono festival will be held at the Chinggis Khaan Hotel to recognize the best in the sports sector.

December 11, 12: The plenary session of the State Great Khural will be held at the State Palace.

December 13: National Day of Financiers and Economists will be observed.

December 13: The All-Stars tournament of the Mongolian Volleyball League will take place at Steppe Arena.

December 13: The 130th tournament for young wrestlers and soum-level title holders will be held.

December 13: National Day of Food Industry Workers will be observed.

December 14: The Golden Cup wrestling competition, organized by the Mongolian Wrestling Federation, will take place.

-In support of efforts toward promoting and preserving local historical and cultural heritages, civic lifestyle, its unique features and traditions, Montsame National News Agency will receive submissions in the form of a link for the video content competition themed “AMIN NUTAG” (HOMELAND) at content@montsame.gov.mn until December 12, 2025.

-The budget, direction, and content proposal for the director’s team of the National Naadam Festival will be accepted in sealed form at Room No. 603 of the Culture and Arts Authority, an implementing agency of the Government, until December 5, 2025.

-The one-month “Problem-Solution” child protection campaign will be implemented until December 10, 2025.

-The census of livestock and domestic animals will continue until December 17, 2025.

-The “Healing Mother Nature” exhibition will be displayed at the Chinggis Khaan National Museum until January 18, 2026.

Local Events:

December 13: The National U23 Wrestling Championship, named under Aimag’s Elephant, Ts. Gongor, from Undurkhaan soum of Uvs aimag, will be organized in Darkhan-Uul aimag.

Events Abroad:

December 10-12: The cashmere brand “Mandkhai,” operating in London, will open the 2025 “Namryn Hemnel” (Autumn Rhythm) photography exhibition.

December 13: The “Moon Dance” group will participate in the WDSF World Championship Formation Latin Adult, held in Austria.

-A total of 32 teams from Mongolia, Russia, South Korea, Greece, Brazil, Slovenia, and the United States will compete in the Junior Judo League in Sochi, Russian Federation, until December 19, 2025.

-The “Mongolia – A Journey Through Time” special exhibition will be on display at the Rietberg Museum in Zurich, Switzerland, until February 26, 2026.
