Mongolian medical doctors to study at Harvard University

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On June 22, D.Ochirbat, State Secretary of the Health Ministry of Mongolia received Mark C.Elliott, Mark Schwartz Professor of Chinese and Inner Asian History in the Department of East Asian Languages and Civilizations and the Department of History at Harvard University.

At the meeting, they exchanged views on strengthening collaboration between the Health Ministry and the Harvard University and an issue of studying Mongolian medical doctors at the university. In frames of the cooperation, Mongolia is going to run nine-month Training to Teachers Program (T2T), which will train teaching method of the Harvard University to teachers and doctors of the Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences. T2T program has been implemented in China and India.
