Winter Festival of Ulaanbaatar
视频Mayor’s Office and Tourism Department of the City Administration organized ‘Ulaanbaatar Winter Festival – 2017’ on the weekend, February 11-12 at the National Park.
The public were entertained by and participated in various competitions such as snow craft, ice archery, ice knucklebone-shooting, ice chess, ski, snowboard and ice climbing.
Also, small and medium enterprises were able to introduce their products enabling the capital residents to buy domestic products for Lunar New Year gifts. The incomers were pleased by free-of-charge warm tea and sea buckthorn treats in the ice field.
Furthermore, the competition for the best traditional attire was the highlight event for the family festival. During the two-day festival, events such as an ice knucklebone-shooting, ice archery, ice climbing, ski, parachute performance, ice chess, winter bicycle, four-wheel motorcycle parade, family games and snow sculpture competition were held.
