Transparent and open forum of journalists runs
SocietyUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ On occasion of the 103rd anniversary of the journalism industry of Mongolia, a forum themed “Transparent and open Ulaanbaatar” was held Friday in the Central Palace of Culture.
Brought together some 1,000 journalists and authorities of the administration of Ulaanbaatar, the forum reviewed issues of transparent governance, a tendency of media cooperation, and gave information about the biggest works done in the capital city since 2012.
State bodies and media organizations shared views on m mutually-beneficial collaboration and issued a policy document.
Following the discussion, some journalists and media organizations were awarded with prizes from the Confederation of Mongolian Journalists.
