1,973-Apartment Residential Complex to Be Built in Dambadarjaa Sub-Center

Ulaanbaatar, October 20, 2025 /MONTSAME/. Ulaanbaatar City plans to develop the Dambadarjaa sub-center in khoroos 15, 16, and 17 of Sukhbaatar District, including the construction of 1,973 apartments, the Governor's Office of the Capital City of Ulaanbaatar has announced.
Currently, 72 percent of the sub-center’s infrastructure has been completed. Specifically, work on a 63 MW heating plant is 39 percent complete, the information and communications building is 90 percent finished, and a 150-seat kindergarten is 95 percent complete.
In addition, 80 percent of the groundwater drainage system has been
completed, 2.3 km of clean water pipelines and the disinfection sewer line are
98 percent complete, and 2.8 km of roads are 95 percent finished.
