State Lion R.Purevdagva becomes twice champion of Danshig Naadam
Art & CultureUlaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ In the wrestling competition dedicated to the Danshig Naadam religious festival, the newly acclaimed State Lion R.Purevdagva championed, and earned the title of Danshig Champion (Avarga).
The second annual Danshig Naadam – Khuree Tsam festival was organized by the UB City and Gandantegchinlen Monastery. The two-day event hosted a competition of 256 national wrestlers. The competition’s runner-up B.Tumendemberel became Danshig Zaan (Elephant).
